Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. During high-demand periods, promotions, or holidays, order processing may take slightly longer than usual.


Shipping Options & Delivery Time

We currently offer two shipping options:

Standard Shipping

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Estimated Delivery Time: 7–11 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping

Processing Time: 1–3 business days
Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping is available for customers who prefer a faster delivery option. Shipping fees may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, courier delays, weather conditions, high shipment volume, or other factors outside our control.


Shipping Locations

We ship to selected international destinations. If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you before processing your order.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update after your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions or special shipping discounts.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by their country.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local import procedures.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the courier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local courier service for further assistance.

While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally happen due to logistics issues, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, or other unexpected circumstances.
