Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing time is separate from delivery time.

Fast Tracked Shipping

Estimated delivery is generally 3–7 business days after the order has been processed.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Delays may occur because of customs processing, carrier disruptions, severe weather, high-volume periods, incomplete addresses or other circumstances outside Curvee Nova’s control.

Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be provided using the contact details submitted with the order.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Customers should contact curveenova@hotmail.com as soon as possible if an address correction is required.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfilment has started.
